The first image of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II's grave in the King George VI Chapel has been shared. The Belgian marble slab is again engraved with the names of her parents, HM King George VI and HM Queen Elizabeth, The Queen Mother. The new slab now includes both her name and the name of her Prince Consort, HRH The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. In between their names is the emblem of the Garter Star of The Most Noble Order of the Garter, the most senior order of knighthood in the British honours system, outranked only by the Victoria Cross and the George Cross. The cremated remains of HRH Princess Margaret, Countess of Snowdon are also interred in the King George VI Chapel alongside them. A memorial marker to her is on the wall above the slab. The flowers in the photo of the new slab were all the wreaths that laid atop Her Majesty's coffin.
